SPARE PARTS IMPORT & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

EBRO SUV is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Import & Logistics Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and efficient procurement, importation, and delivery of EBRO spare parts.Key Responsibilities:Procurement:Identify and source reliable OEM suppliers for a wide range of spare parts.Negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from initiation to completion.Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.Resolution and Reimbursement: Collaborate with finance, procurement, or other relevant departments to process approved claims for reimbursement. Ensure that eligible claims are resolved within established timelines and that reimbursement or replacement of spare parts is coordinated efficientlyImportation:Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of imported spare parts.Prepare and submit necessary import documentation, including customs declarations and permits.Manage import duties, taxes, and other related costs.Monitor import regulations and compliance requirements to avoid delays and penalties.Logistics:Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including arranging transportation, selecting appropriate carriers, and preparing necessary documentation (e.g., shipping labels, customs forms). Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.Oversee the efficient transportation of spare parts from suppliers to our warehouse or directly to customers.Select appropriate shipping methods (air, sea, or land) based on cost, speed, and risk factors.Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status.Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of spare part inventory levels and stock movements.Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and potential issues.Customer Support:Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to spare part availability and delivery.Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased efficiency in spare parts claims handling. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce claim resolution times, and improve customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in procurement, import/export, and logistics.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in using ERP systems and procurement software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for supply chain management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Language Skill: Business fluent in Spanish & English.If you are a dynamic, organized professional with solid experience in international logistics, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of our logistics operations at EBRO SUV.
