pecialist Bid & Proposal - Portuguese (Ubicación Madrid) MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Responsible for assisting Bid & Proposal Manager as required.
Works under limited supervision.
Applies and uses well-developed knowledge of contract, bid and proposal management.
Gathers commercial, financial and technical information needed in the preparation of contracts and bids.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
Prepare new offers to Customer (Xiam) and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum high school.
Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel.
Portugues Mandatory English is a plus.

Experience.
1-2 year in price quotation and tender processes.
Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus.
