Rolul postului.
Preluarea, Inregistrarea si rezolvarea reclamatiilor de natura tehnica ale clientilor juridici; Sa asigure un inalt nivel de satisfactie clientilor majori si celor din mediul de afaceri prin furnizarea unor servicii excelente de relatii cu clientii; Actioneaza proactiv pentru identificarea si rezolvarea situatiilor de nefunctionare a serviciilor de comunicatie oferite de Vodafone; Asigura sprijinul necesar departamentelor si reprezentantilor Relatii cu clientii, raspunzand prompt si eficient solicitarilor clientilor interni si externi.
Responsabilitatile rolului.
Stabileste si mentine contactul cu persoana de contact alocata (cu persoanele de legatura operative sau decizionale alocate) din partea clientului; Pentru toate solicitarile primite de la client va actiona ca unic punct de contact al clientului cu compania Vodafone in ceea ce priveste serviciile de voce si cele de date (cu exceptia acelor servicii de date alocate integral specialistului de date al contului), va prelua solicitarile si le va monitoriza constant de la adresare pana la solutionare pentru a se asigura ca solicitarea adresata este rezolvata corect, complet si conform cu termenele de rezolvare agreate intern sau conform clauzelor contractuale agreate; Primeste, inregistreaza (in aplicatiile interne) si rezolva toate solicitarile venite din partea clientilor furnizandu-i un raspuns scris cand acesta este solicitat sau completand informatii in aplicatiile externe si/sau notificand in scris rezolvarea solicitarilor conform notificarilor din aplicatii acolo unde este cazul; Apeleaza clientii cu scopul de a-i informa despre efectuarea unor lucrari programate sau ii notifica in scris despre aceste lucrari sau alte evenimente care ii afecteaza direct sau indirect; Participa activ la campaniile solicitate sau furnizate de catre departemenetele specilaizate din cadrul companiei.
Se asigura ca impactul campaniei este unul pozitiv in relatia cu clientul si ia toate masurile necesare pentru atingerea scopului campaniei astfel incat rata de succes sa fie in conformitate cu obiectivele setate; Tine evidenta motivelor pentru care clientul l-a contactat, cu scopul de a mari gradul de satisfactie al clientilor ca urmare a intelegerii depline a nevoilor fiecarui client, a personalizarii modului sau de a aborda fiecare client si prin identificarea motivelor generale sau specifice ale cererilor si reclamatiilor clientului.
Aceasta presupune identificarea corecta si completa a cererilor clientilor si codificarea exacta a interactiunii; Tine evidenta motivelor pentru care agentul de vanzari l-a contactat, identificand corect si complet aceste motive si codand corespunzator in sistemele tehnice folosite.

Experienta.
minim 12 luni Relatii cu clientii.
Certificari tehnice/profesionale necesare.
Minim studii medii, de preferinta In domeniul tehnic; Experienta de cel putin 6 luni e un post similar; Reprezinta un avantaj absolvirea unui curs de specializare In domeniul de telecomunicatii.
CNNA 1/2/3 etc.
