Grenergy is an independent power producer (IPP) that integrates the development, construction, operation and maintenance of large-scale renewable energy plants. The company also incorporates its own teams dedicated to PPA origination, structured finance and M&A, generating efficiencies as a result of the integration of the entire process.At the end of 2019, we made the jump to the Continuous Market (Madrid Stock Exchange), consolidating our growth and allowing us to continue with our ambitious international expansion plan. We are currently present in 12 countries: Spain (HQ), Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania and the United States.Grenergy already has close to 1GW of projects in operation and under construction, and a pipeline of 15GW of solar and wind projects in different stages of development. In addition, in 2021, the company has invested resources to advance the development of an additional pipeline of nearly 5GWh of storage projects.You will lead the corporate event initiatives for the company, overseeing the implementation of our Brand, Marketing & Communication strategy. This role requires you to bring an outside-in perspective and benchmark best practices to support organizational capability and enhance marketing performance. Your key targets will include growing our B2B marketing performance, increasing brand equity and awareness, and acting as a Marketing evangelist at all levels of the organization.You will work on the following tasks:Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they align with the company's Brand, Marketing & Communication strategy.Develop and implement plans for sponsorships, institutional relations, and events that strengthen the company's visibility and reputation both nationally and internationally.Manage and optimize relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry associations, government bodies, trade institutions, and other relevant entities.Negotiate, manage, and oversee service contracts and vendor budgets for the execution of various events.Coordinate and supervise all corporate materials used in events, including audiovisual and graphic materials.Collaborate with other corporate teams to ensure the coherence of the company's narrative in all events and institutional activities.Provide global support in tactical marketing actions (implementations, corporate materials, merchandising).Analyze event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.Bring an outside-in perspective and benchmark best practices to support organizational capability and enhance marketing performance.Focus on growing the B2B marketing performance, increasing brand equity and awareness.Act as a Marketing evangelist at all levels of the organization, promoting the importance of marketing initiatives and strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and best practices in marketing, communication, institutional relations, and event organization.ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and ExecutionBrand, Marketing & Communications Strategy ImplementationProduction & Stakeholders CoordinationBudget ManagementPerformance Analysis (B2B):Benchmarking and Best PracticesMarketing EvangelismTeam CollaborationRequirements:Degree in International Relations, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related.
