We have an exciting role within our team as a Sports & Extremities Commercial & Professional Education Manager.
Purpose of the role The Sports & Extremities Commercial & Professional Education Manager has a critical role for their franchise in the UK & IRE.
This individual has the responsibility to create platform specific Commercial & Professional Education strategy in alignment with the GES Lead and the Platform Business Leads.
They are responsible for the local execution of this strategy, to support the Franchise to deliver world class Education to support the annual UK & IRE business plan.
Key focus is on ensuring the entire Sports and Extremities teams are 100% confident to support our healthcare teams in ensuring the best outcomes for patients in theatre.
The Commercial & Professional Education Manager will also be a key member of their Platform Leadership Teams for the UK & IRE.
The successful individual will be key in developing a true anatomical confidence to both teams allowing them to grow both businesses in line with strategy.
What to expect.
Functions as the Commercial & Professional Education manager for the Sports & Extremities teams stakeholders to include - Platform Business Leads, Platform Sales Directors, Platform Managers & Regional Professional Education & Sales Platform Leads, Compliance Teams.
Through delivery of the Commercial & Professional Education programme, coordinates annual operating budget to deliver collaborative world class training to support the annual the Sports & Extremities teams business plan Develops & delivers vision, mission, goals for the Sports & Extremities teams Commercial & Professional Education programmes, aligned to platform strategic roadmap and business plan Collaboration with JJMD education capabilities and digital education teams to build innovative learning programs, resulting in improvements in effectiveness and efficiencies of their platform’s Education capability Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and comply with all legal, regulatory and HCC policies Creates & executes the Sports & Extremities teams education plan to support the delivery of team vision, mission, goals assuring alignment with Global, Regional & local strategy Deliver industry leading Commercial & Professional Education, so it is a key differentiator for the UK & IRE business and a true value add for customers Build strong instructional design capability for the Sports & Extremities teams Platform Education, ensuring integration for adult learning principles in all learning experiences Build associated KOL relationships to enhance the company’s Education offering Support the wider MedTech Commercial Education Plans including onboarding Qualifications Who are we looking for? Experience of Learning/Education, Marketing and/or Sales in Medical Devices Has led effectively significant business transformation and change management projects - delivered on time and in budget Proven ability to influence corporate leadership and partner with diverse multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries Proven ability to understand business strategy; translate it into solutions that support the company’s business goals.
Proven leadership ability to effectively motivate and lead a team to success (including non-direct reporting teams).
Relevant platform clinical expertise & product knowledge Strategy development and execution Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Adult Education, Sales Training, Strategy development and Analytics Strong influence management and communications skills Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks Demonstrated track record for Standards of Leadership traits Flexible and willing to travel frequently (40% of time) What type of mark will YOU make?
