SR ANALYTICS ENGINEER

Job DescriptionThe Sr Analytics Engineer will work closely with the People&Culture leadership team to understand their data analytics requirements, and develop analytics data models to deliver the required data insights. Working closely with BI Developers and Data Engineers, this role will ensure timely delivery of data models for P&C reporting and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements for various People&Culture reporting dashboards Analyze data coming from various HR systems such as UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, etc. Using DBT or SQL, create and maintain robust data models to support analytics reports for the P&C team Ensure data integrity and consistency, while safeguarding sensitive information using effective data masking policies Collaborate with the Governance team to ensure data processes adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Document technical solutions, processes, and various data artifacts QualificationsPrevious experience in People Analytics is highly desirableAdvanced experience with SQL, PowerBi and/or Tableau are essential Experience with Snowflake (or similar such as AWS or Google) and DBT would be advantageousKnowledgeable about data warehousing, modeling and reporting concepts Experience with Fivetran, Boomi, Github, JIRA are desirable Experience with SAP Successfactors or similar HCMs is preferred Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or any other language is a advantage Must have experience in analyzing, manipulating and dealing with large scale data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to high-quality analytics deliverables Competent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently as well as in a team settingAble to work as a business partner to People and Culture and demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively Additional InformationA one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.   Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research.   A team that thinks outside the box welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.    An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.   A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.    A truly international mindset with Dynatracers from different countries & cultures all over the world, and English as the corporate language that connects us all   A culture that is being shaped by the diverse personalities, expertise, and backgrounds of our global team.     Please review the Dynatrace privacy policy here: https://www.dynatrace.com/company/trust-center/policies/recruitment-privacy-notice
