SR. CATEGORY SPECIALIST (SPAIN REMOTE) JOB DETAILS | CIMPRESS/VISTA

As a Senior Category Specialist, your responsibilities will be to manage a given portfolio of products.
This includes managing the performance of the assigned portfolio across the site experience, the customer experience, and ultimately the performance across all the lines of the P&L.
For this specific role the portfolio assigned corresponds to the Event Signage Category (e.
., Banner and Tradeshow Display).
Some of the most immediate projects to be run are.
Remove PVC from Banner assortment by FY25 Understand and optimize the existing Hanging Banner experience to make it clear to customers in the e-commerce platform.
FY26 Budget delivery Review Cimpress's top sellers and key 3PFs to define a Tier B New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmap.
Organizational Structure.
“Reports To”  This role will report to the Large Format Category Director in the EU.
What you’ll do all-day Manage the assortment of the Event Category (Signage) for all the European Markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional (e.
., Design, Copy, 3D, Photography) teams and contribute to the design, development, launch, and optimization of our product.
Co-create portfolio roadmaps with the Procurement and Manufacturing team  Identify and address relevant customer and quality issues related to the category  Track performance and budget to identify trends and areas of improvement within the portfolio  Understand and implement wins from other Cimpress Business Units and 3PFs top sellers into Vista assortment Manage and continuously improve product flows (commerce optimization) in the self-service framework in partnership with the Site Merchandise Manager.
Manage the product forecasting (P&L and S&OP)        Your Qualifications   Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects at once.
Project Management skills Customer-first mentality and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience; Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting; Comfortable working in highly cross-functional teams; Ideally use of collaboration tools like Jira, Miro, and/or Trello.
