Proposals Specialist/SR.Presales Engineer to join in the operations area. The Presales Engineer or Proposals Specialist, belongs to the Generation and Renewables area, managing the offers addressed to our customers to integrate our SCADA Monitoring and Control System: a complete suite of solutions for the management of large volumes of information from renewable energy plants; designed for owners, operators, technicians and consultants of Renewable Energies.Your key responsibilities:Update, control and follow up of the assigned bids panel for weekly reporting of ongoing priorities,Request to the client for the necessary information (RFI) based on the company's basic template, review of the necessary documentation to prepare the bids and request of the deficiencies detected both to clients and to internal departments from which data and information are required to work on the bid.Elaboration of economic and technical offer complying with the established risk, time and quality procedures and launching of the internal procedures for the validation of the offer.Sending the validated offer to the Client and subsequent follow-up in the resolution of any doubts that may arise from the interpretation of the offer.Completion of the Bids and Projects bill of materials (mainly SCADA Rack, communication boards, PPCs and weather stations).Review of the Contract / Order once the Offer is awarded by the Customer being responsible for the defense of the Offer and the contractual closure with Commercial and Legal.Intervene / Lead the internal transfer processes to Operations and the kick-off meetings with the Customer prior to the Project.Requesting quotations from suppliers and negotiating with them.Study and localization of optimal devices to be used in our technical solutions.Your expertise and skillsAt least 5 years of experience in a bidding department.Education: Engineering, industrial, telecommunications... or related training.Expertise in the Renewable Energy and SCADA sector.Technical skills such as: electrical panels, weather stations, communication panels, RAC, Servers...Good communication and negotiation skills.English: B2-C1 (test will be done).Location: Seville - essential.What we offer:Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.Remote working availability.Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week)Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 15th June to 15th September)Here at Isotrol, we are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and therefore strongly encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
