Job Description We are seeking a Senior Specialist in the Learning and Development area, a professional passionate about people development and eager to be part of a transformative project within a multinational company.
This role is critical in shaping our talent management strategy and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning roadmaps that support the professional development of employees in customer-facing roles as well as headquarters staff, aligning these initiatives with the company’s overarching talent management strategy.
Additionally, the specialist will develop holistic learning plans based on social and collaborative methodologies, incorporating digital approaches to enhance the company's operational frameworks.
The candidate will be responsible for assessing essential capabilities for key roles by analyzing job descriptions and contributing to the development of capability, while also assisting in the creation of a catalog of learning content to support employee growth.
It is crucial that the candidate possesses strong analytical skills to evaluate requests and situations, translating them into learning needs and identifying the capabilities required to design effective learning pathways.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs and market trends to develop tailored plans that adapt to the evolving market landscape.
Moreover, the specialist is expected to create an environment of excellence while understanding what motivates each team member and supporting their professional development.
Collaborating with the senior management team and other related areas will be crucial to translating our corporate strategy into a capabilities plan, ensuring a unified approach to employee development and talent growth.
Finally, the specialist will design learning solutions focused on transformational capabilities within a digital and collaborative ecosystem, coordinating learning efforts to ensure effective change management and create meaningful learning experiences.

Education, Skills & Experience  - Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology or any social science linked to social behavior - Specific training & development post graduate, certification or demonstrated experience.
- Experience working in L&D teams for, at least 4 years  - Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Solid knowledge of social behavior - Show interest and proactivity in staying updated with knowledge.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative in keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements - Proactive in identifying risks and providing innovative solutions.
Display a proactive attitude in identifying potential risks and offering innovative solutions that align with the company's vision - Business knowledge and flexibility/adaptability to changes.
Understand the company's vision and be open to embracing and adapting to changes - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop cooperative professional relationships within the organization - Strong influencing.
Be able to effectively manage and influence teams to achieve desired outcome.
- Proven analytics skills and strategic thinking - Ability to establish partnerships and work collaboratively.
- Experience in project management - Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Ease of coordinating between different business units and sharing relevant information.
