We’re building a multi-disciplinary team to work with leading media business to develop creative, robust and practical strategies that create value.Role Overview As a Strategy Associate / Senior Associate you will play an integral role within the PEAK Strategy team, conducting research and analysis to understand in depth fan behaviour, broadcast dynamics and the media rights landscape in key markets – all with the purpose of helping build strategies to create sustainable growth.This role requires a strong quantitative and qualitative skill set to be able to take ownership of key analyses and produce presentations / reports to articulate key insight. We are looking for someone that has a passion for the sports industry, who is proactive and has a problem solving mentality with a desire challenge the status quo. Responsibilities Take ownership of key analyses, contributing to in depth market reports that draw key insight and help inform growth strategiesMarket analysis to include but not limited to understanding fanbases (sizing, interests and behaviours), mapping and conducting due diligence on the broadcast landscape (players, models and dynamics), as well assessing the media rights landscapeSupport primary market research exercises to gather intel and work with 3rd party data sources to ensure PEAK analysis is based on robust data and intelHelp develop short and long-term strategies for content across TV, online, mobile, OTT, social media and future emerging platformsCollaborate with other PEAK team members on new business opportunitiesCreate and participate in strategic presentations to key stakeholdersContribute to positive group culture to foster high performance, efficient processes, and ongoing professional developmentEffectively communicate within group and cross-organizationally on time management, prioritization and expected deliverables Required Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor’s degree and 1-4 years of experience in a related role/s at a leading media company, management consulting firm, private equity or venture capital firm, or investment bankStrong business and financial acumenExperience in developing and implementing long-term business plans and strategiesKnowledge of media trends (traditional and digital), evolution of platforms/consumption, and business dynamics/models of media propertiesExperience presenting to stakeholders with ability to distill findings into actionable insightStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster broad network of relationshipsStrong proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointRole can be based in Madrid or London
