SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

General description of the position.

The Supplier Quality Engineer will lead and implement quality initiatives.
Manage and document the activities between company and suppliers on all product quality issues.
This position is a key partner to ensure accountability and quality performance from our suppliers.
Key success measurements include the ability to effectively work with suppliers and manage supplier quality from qualification to end-of-life for assigned products.

Evaluate and audit new supplier.
Monitor supplier quality performance.
And implement annual audit plan for suppliers Develop and push suppliers for continuous improvement.
Verify supplier corrective action effectiveness.
Push supplier quality agreement signing-off & update in order to ensure suppliers' quality control system meet company's quality requirement.
Make the EPC (early production containment) plan to ensure safe launch when ramp-up.
EPC（早期生产遏制）计划，以确保在项目爬坡时安全进行 Review and approve PPAP.
PPAP Submit monthly quality report for responsible materials & suppliers in order to reflect suppliers' quality performance.
Coordinate incoming nonconformance material RMA (returned material authorization) RMA（退货授权） Support QE to handle customer complaint related to supplier to ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action process.

Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

任职要求 Major in Mechanical, Material, Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area with bachelor or master degree.
2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment 年制造行业质量管理相关经验 Be familiar to quality management system and key tools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D.

auditor certification or IATF internal auditor certification are preferred.
