If you want to acquire a one-of-a-kind experience, we're excited to welcome you on board! The Supply Chain and Logistics Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the following responsibilities.
Creating purchase requests for exports (air, sea, and land shipments).
Tracking lead times with freight forwarders to streamline our operations and maintain on-time deliveries.
Generating invoices for international customs to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
Managing documentation for merchandise imports to different geographical locations.
Resolving IDocs and controlling batches in SAP to ensure smooth operations.
Verifying FedEx shipment marking and labeling.
Checking and managing invoices from various suppliers.

SOFT SKILLS Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.

REQUIREMENTS Possibility to sign a university agreement and join full time for at least 6 months.
This is mandatory.
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
Spanish and English (fluent, C1).
French is a plus.
Office 365, SAP.
Previous experience in supply chain is valuable.
