Location: Alicante, SpainContract Type: PermanentCompany Overview:Our client is a leading provider of industrial process water solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients. They are committed to excellence and continuous improvement and are seeking a talented Senior Planner to join their team in Alicante.Position Overview:The planner will play a critical role in the planning and execution of projects related to industrial process water solutions. This position involves managing approximately 5,000 items and leading a team of 2 junior planners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and a solid understanding of the PP module.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for industrial water process projects.Manage and oversee approximately 5,000 items, ensuring efficient tracking and execution.Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior planners, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.Utilize the PP module to optimize planning processes and improve efficiency.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Analyze data and metrics to support decision-making and enhance project outcomes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning within the industrial sector.Strong knowledge of the PP module and its application in project planning.Fluent in Spanish; candidates who cannot speak Spanish will not be considered. Professional proficiency in English is also required.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.What They Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.
