In 15 years we have expanded creating work centres in Madrid, Valencia, Brazil, and Germany, without losing our essence of proximity.Want to join our team?At Btech we are in time of growth for a new project and we are looking for a Supply Quality Engineer with experience in product design and development in the automotive sector.If you are looking to join a stable company with dynamic projects and professional development opportunities, apply to our offer.What are we looking for?People with teamwork skills, change adaptability and initiative.High English level.Availability to move to Brussels (THE POSITION IS LOCATED IN BRUSSELS).3-6 years of experience in automotive area.Good analytical skills and logical deduction.Experience in quality management systems.Good communication and negotiation skills.What functions are you going to develop?Lead of the overall strategy of warranty reduction for accessories, parts and past model service parts: plan definition, warranty data analysis, monthly report/KPIs generation and update, reporting to management. Knowledge of Excel and Power BI is needed.Quality Issues/Concerns handling for accessories and past model service parts. This activity includes defining containment measures and working closely with supplier to support and evaluate the problem solving process: root cause definition, countermeasure application and recurrence prevention.Quality assurance and support in project development of new accessories. supplier history investigation to define feasibility, quality documentation supervision and approval, fitting check coordination.Perform supplier annual audits to determine opportunities and improvements implementation follow-up.Quality assurance of supplier process change requests, involving communication and working with other departments and supplier.Coordination of the communication and periodic meetings.Creation or update of quality standards for internal processes.What do we offer?Technical and language training, job stability, variety of projects, professional development.
