An aspirational but realistic objective, that generates the pleasure of working so that corporates and, ultimately, the world in which we live in, is little by little a better place.About the roleAs Transcendent grows, we are currently looking for a Sustainability and Impact Consultant, which will be actively involved in strategic projects with a high level of interaction with the client. Among others, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:Participate in strategic projects in leading companies, with a focus on the transformation of business models.PPerform quantitative analysis and strategic approaches that allow our clients to make the best decisions for their organization.Define, prepare and present project deliverables to the client.Coordinate the team of analysts, organizing their work, the quality of deliverables and providing the necessary support to achieve their objectives. Contribute to the commercial development of Transcendent in the management and preparation of proposals.The requirementsHigher degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management or similar.Work experience of 3 to 5 years in strategic consulting.Ability to work in teams with experience in projects that require high performance, having worked under pressure.Analytical, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail, proactive and high level of commitment.Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Skills to contribute to proposals so that they provide differential value to clients.High level of spoken and written English.Organized and responsible.We offerParticipation in strategic projects in leading companies with focus on business model transformation and impact measurement, with direct interaction with the client at all levels.Being part of the expansion of Transcendent, participating in the consolidation of a project with intend to become a national and international reference.Have a career of opportunities and continuous professional growth in a leading firm specialized in Business Impact that will transform the future of companies.Work directly with a team of experienced strategic consultants.Work in a dynamic and flexible environment, based on full trust in its professionals.Transcendent is an equal opportunity employer.
