What Youll Do.
Assist Customers.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone email chat and automated alerts ensuring efficient and effective responses.
Record Keeping.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system adhering to agreed SLAs for timely resolutions.
Stay Updated.
Keep your knowledge fresh on our products and services tailored to individual customer needs.
Issue Escalation.
Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.
Collaborate.
Work with your team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
Administrative Tasks.
Manage holiday sickness and overtime records while participating in regular team meetings.
What Were Looking For.
Language Skills.
C2/ fluent in Swedish both verbal and written with a good level of English (minimum B2).
Experience.
At least 1 year of customer service experience preferably in technical support.
Technical Knowledge.
Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity wireless networking and music/audiovisual products.
Customer Focus.
Strong aptitude for customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.
ProblemSolving.
Ability to take ownership of customer calls progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.
