As part of Infrastructure & Operations, you will covering End-User Computing and Desktop Infrastructure services, and partner closely with broader teams and suppliers across the organisation.🤖ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain EUC (End-User Computing) services, including device imaging, application deployment, and incident resolution, ensuring alignment with security and cyber policies.Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including forecasting, secure disposal, and tool deployment, while managing budgets and vendor relationships to drive service improvements.Act as Service Owner for key technologies like Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and VDI, ensuring seamless operations, strong documentation, and up-to-date standards.✔QualificationsExpertise in Microsoft O365, Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, SCCM, remote tools, and scripting/automation (desirable).Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with experience in IT infrastructure services and working with MSPs.Certifications in IT Service Management/EUC technologies and knowledge of ITIL principles, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced, agile environments.C1-level English proficiency or equivalent (working in international teams with approximately 80% communication in English and 20% in Spanish).Why Capitole?🙌 We are great, but with you, we will be even greater 😊.
