Overview Responsible for assisting in designing, planning and implementing modifications to servers and applications, including security, access, and documentation.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures as they relate to the applications and servers that provide value to our customers.
On-site position- Must be in a commutable distance to Independence, OH.
Responsibilities Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations while also achieving the goal of reducing the risks and costs of providing services.
Works to build an effective partnership with the internal customer daily.
Listens to customers and asks the appropriate questions to resolve their requirements.
Primary responsibilities will focus on Enterprise IT Applications (Email, Instant Messaging, Databases, and other collaboration services) Performs intermediate level troubleshooting of host systems and middleware, databases.
Assists in developing standard methodologies related to system/application performance, capacity and archiving.
Monitors and/or troubleshoots automated systems and application functions by using tools for verification of services, supervising tool set availability and detecting, reporting, escalating, tracking and detailing anomalies.
Maintains system and application documentation (application architecture drawings, standard methodologies and performance and capacity metrics).
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a technical major or equivalent experience.
