Growing company located in Barcelona is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage and optimize our talent acquisition process. This position goes beyond recruiting – we need someone who is proactive, willing to roll up their sleeves and take on additional responsibilities in HR functions as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Cycle Recruiting:• Manage the full cycle of recruitment for a variety of positions within the company, including technical, clinical, and support positions.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create customized recruiting strategies.• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.• Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity within the healthcare field.Proactive Sourcing:• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including networking, online search tools, and industry events, to identify and attract passive candidates.• Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.Employer Branding:• Help promote our brand by creating engaging job descriptions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.• Help create and maintain a strong employer presence on social media and job boards.HR Support:• Assist with HR projects, including onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development.• Provide support in other HR-related areas as needed.• Be open to tackling tasks outside of the traditional recruiting function, supporting the HR team on operational matters.Data-Driven Recruiting:• Use data and metrics to monitor recruiting efficiency and make informed decisions about process improvements.• Maintain detailed candidate and recruiting data to provide insight to leadership.Compliance and Best Practices:• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry recruiting regulations and certifications.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.• Demonstrated ability to source and recruit for a variety of positions, including technical, clinical, and management positions.• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.• Highly proactive and organized, with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside of recruiting, supporting broader HR initiatives.• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the healthcare industry is a plus.• Experience within the healthcare/medical technology industry.Flexible scheduleTelework 2 daysGross annual salary 45-55k
