We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionThis is an entry level role with excellent opportunities for personal growth and career development, working for a growing business within the renewable sector.You will join our Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities especially dedicated to Italy while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.The main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Intern are:Post jobs in LinkedinEvaluate and screen resumes of potential talentsUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skillsConduct phone, Microsoft teams/Zoom and/or in-person interviewsLiaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment process and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to themMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hires as well as manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updated at all points of the interview processStay up-to-date with current recruiting methodsPrepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activitiesAssist with general recruitment administrationAttend job fairs and careers eventsQualificationsBe passionate and will have the drive to develop a career in recruitmentBe service orientated and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managersFluent English (C1 Level), Italian is a plus. Have experience working to deadlines in a KPI driven roleBe proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointHave strong written and verbal English communication skillsHave excellent organizational and coordination skillsHave strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skillsDegree in a related field would be highly valuedBasic knowledge of labor and employment lawsHR administration experience would be considered a plusIn the Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
