Job Description Role purpose.
As the Sourcing Lead for _VOIS India TA team, your role involves overseeing the sourcing operations with minimum experience of 9 to 10 years.
You will lead a team of sourcers and collaborate closely with the Talent Managers to create a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
Sourcing Strategy Development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target talent pools, channels, and platforms for effective sourcing.
Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends and organizational needs.
Leverage various sourcing channels (e.
., job boards, social media, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates.
Prioritize and distribute requisitions among the sourcing team.
Ensure timely and efficient handling of open positions.
Monitor requisition progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Champion DEI initiatives within the sourcing process.
Collaborate with the DEI team to attract diverse talent.
Implement inclusive sourcing practices to enhance representation.
Personally engage in sourcing for senior-level and specialized positions.
Conduct targeted searches, engage passive candidates, and build strong pipelines.
