This role will be crucial in identifying and attracting top candidates for critical positions within the holding and its subsidiaries, ensuring that every hire reflects the culture, vision, and values of our organization.The Talent Acquisition specialist will focus on actively sourcing strategic profiles, build a solid and continuous talent pipeline, establish direct relationships with ideal candidates and accurately conveying our story and purpose as a group. He/she will report to our HR manager. Main ResponsibilitiesActive Talent Sourcing:Proactively identify and contact candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other professional channels.Conduct thorough research to identify highly qualified and relevant profiles for strategic positions.Management of Recruitment Processes:Execute the full talent acquisition process, including initial outreach, interviews, and follow-up stages.Ensure preselected candidates align with the group’s values and strategic needs.Candidate Relations:Act as an ambassador of the Santomera Bay brand, ensuring clear and persuasive communication that conveys the group’s value proposition.Build close, trusting relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and personalized selection process.Internal Collaboration (with HR and Area Leaders):Collaborate closely with the HR manager to ensure recruitment processes align with the group’s HR policies and needs.Work directly with department leaders to understand the specific requirements of each role and ensure proposed profiles are of high strategic value.Interview Management:Coordinate and prepare interviews at our offices, ensuring each candidate experiences a professional process aligned with the group’s culture.Conduct pre-interviews to screen and guarantee the suitability of profiles before presenting them to the executive team.RequirementsPrevious experience in recruitment, preferably for high-value roles or within professional services (finance or legal related), technology, or strategic consulting companies.Advanced proficiency with talent acquisition tools.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both english and spanish, with the ability to convey the company’s vision and values.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines and ambitious goals.Capability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the building of a strategic team for a growing company.A dynamic and collaborative environment, with autonomy to implement recruitment strategies.The chance to work directly with Santomera Bay’s leadership team, influencing key decisions.Competitive compensation in line with the role and the candidate’s experience.
