Your primary responsibilities will include.
- Conducting job analyses and compiling detailed job profiles - Filtering applications and conducting telephone pre-screening interviews - Performing in-person interviews - Managing the entire selection process from start to finish - Enhancing company visibility and contributing to the ongoing development of the employer brand ¿A quién buscamos? - You are based in Barcelona.
- You have a native level of Portuguese.
- You have a good command of English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese.
- You have prior experience in recruitment.
