TAX ACCOUNTING EXPERT

We are looking for a Tax Accounting Expert.The tax expert will be responsible for analysing and interpreting tax laws and regulations and applying them to the companies of the group, conducting tax-related research, analysing financial records, providing tax advice to internal partners, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.The main focus will be in the income taxes, but also other fiscal knowledge, such as VAT, is welcomeResponsible to fulfil the OECD requirements for BEPS Pillar Two, what will touch performance at all levels of an organization, as it is an interdisciplinary reform that requires input and analysis from all levels of an organization.Responsible for the Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) as part of the BEPS OECD’s action plan, which aims to give tax authorities visibility into the entities’ transfer pricing activities.Responsible for ensuring the compliance of the Transfer Pricing processes applied to intercompany business taking place across national borders.Responsible for the usage of the Global Tax Center (GTC) software in the company, for current and deferred taxes calculation, as well as for the Pillar Two reporting requirements.IFRS Accounting and Elimination / Consolidation activities.Education Degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration, with specific subjects related to taxationSpecific courses in taxation are an assetExperienceAt least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position or experience in a tax advisory firmStrong background in accounting and finance, being able to interpret complex financial information, as well as to analyse balance sheets and income statementsSpecific know-howDeep knowledge of IFRS and international tax regulations, such as IAS 12, tax accounting (e.g. calculations of deferred taxes)Knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulationsOECD Pillar Two Model RulesKnowledge of the GTC (Global Tax Center) software is an assetOther skillsFluent Business English.
