FUNCIONES Y TAREAS Actuar como primer punto de contacto para la gestin de incidencias de soporte tcnico a usuarios internos ofreciendo asistencia tanto de forma presencial como remota.
Configurar estaciones de trabajo ordenadores y perifricos as como instalar y configurar software de acuerdo a las especificaciones requeridas.
Administrar y mantener redes LAN y WAN asegurando su correcta operatividad.
Organizar y ejecutar actualizaciones de mantenimiento en hardware y software para asegurar el rendimiento ptimo de la infraestructura TI.
Mantener y configurar servidores en entornos Windows y Linux.
Administrar el entorno de Microsoft 365 garantizando su funcionamiento adecuado y seguro.
Llevar a cabo la gestin de documentacin y archivo asegurando la accesibilidad y actualizacin de la misma.
Gestionar redes y conexiones VPN para asegurar comunicaciones seguras y eficientes.
REQUISITOS Ms de 2 aos de experiencia en soporte tcnico y resolucin de problemas en entornos empresariales.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autnoma y adaptarse rpidamente a cambios en el entorno laboral.
Responsabilidad en la gestin y documentacin de procesos y soluciones.
Capacidad autodidacta para mantenerse actualizado con las ltimas tecnologas del sector informtico.
