Descripción Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of design Engineers (6 members).
Ensure the consistency and robustness of the designs within D&D dept, specifically.
- Design guidelines are fully up to date - Assure proper bidirectional feedback between NPD & Product Care - NPD projects are properly audited (design reviews completed, checklists fulfilled, etc.) - The team´s competence stays within the company and is used to teach new hires.
Ensure that design meets cost/quality targets.
Manage any deviations to cost/quality via Risk/Opportunity tracking.
Identify, develop & standardize the necessary tools, templates, checklists, to be used by the D&D dept.
Lead design problem-solving efforts and guide team in redesign activities where necessary.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? 5+ years demonstrated experience of new product development in a fast-paced environment, in developing new designs for complex electromechanical products that have been launched to market Profound knowledge in machinery design & development and willing to learn in technical area.
KnowledgeofMSOffice.
ExperiencewithILM, CAD toolsandMRPsystemsisanasset.
Excellent project management and organization skills.
English professional competence, since you will collaborate in all the projects with foreign partners.
