As a Team Leader on our team, you will.
- Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work - Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining team members - Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, inform on new procedures, upcoming changes - Make sure processes and procedures are up to date and offer support in critical problems - Report productivity metrics to the team and management daily - Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project Dashboard and Form A - Manage daily Form B updating it with new contracts signed and SEPAs signed Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Are bilingual or proficient in Italian and advanced Spanish - Have experience in inside sales environment - Have working knowledge of IT equipment and applications.
