As a highly skilled Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic team that is driving the success of an established product. Collaboration and alignment with multiple teams will be essential to accomplishing our objectives
Tasks

Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Guide junior engineers in their professional development, providing mentorship and coaching.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Design, implement, and maintain a scalable and robust software architecture.
Collaborate with product teams to develop features aligned with business objectives.
Ensure code quality by establishing and enforcing coding standards.
Advocate for DevOps practices to accelerate software delivery.
Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure system availability and performance.
Prioritize security by implementing measures to protect data and systems.
Possess strong technical skills in software development, systems architecture, and emerging technologies.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate a passion for mentoring and helping others grow

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, frontend frameworks, backend development).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with templating engines and build tools.
Solid grasp of software engineering principles, patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in Git and other version control systems.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to optimize application performance.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
Experience with web security best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Contentful.
