This shapes our culture every day, and we’re looking for great talent who want to make an impact in the world.Discover your new role 🌟As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will:Drive relationships and social media branding throughout all stages of the recruiting lifecycle and develop strong connections with key stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers. You will focus on business outcomes based on hiring needs and priorities.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.Develop and implement a social media recruiting strategy to source and engage talent on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote employer branding content, such as employee testimonials, culture posts, and behind-the-scenes videos.Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).ExperienceProven experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years of recruiting experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Spanish.Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search procedures.Creativity in creating engaging content and building relationships online.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.🌟 Key CompetenciesCreativity and innovation in talent attraction strategies.Strong interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills 🗂️.Adaptability to changing recruitment needs and platforms.Ready to make an impact?
