You’ll engage directly with potential clients, understanding their technical and business requirements, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will drive sales success and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to understand their technical and business needs, gathering all necessary information to develop effective solutions.Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality technical solutions aligned with client requirements.Confidently present technical solutions and product capabilities to both internal teams and external clients.Provide training on solutions and offer product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to offer feedback on current products and contribute ideas for new product development.Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting teamwork and communication.Participate in the technical development of solutions within a design and development framework.Understand business drivers and risks to deliver solutions that add value to the customer.Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm when presenting technical solutions to clients.Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.Create technical demos and enable product sellers to succeed.Products You Will Support:HCL Volt MXHCL Digital ExperienceHCL LeapExperience with leading No-Code/Low-Code and Digital Experience platforms such as Kony, Outsystems, Mendix, MS PowerApps, Flutter, Liferay, Adobe Experience Manager, and SiteCore is required.Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Language Requirements:Fluent in SpanishProficient in EnglishWhat We Offer:A remote work environment with the flexibility to work from home.Competitive base salary with quarterly bonuses.Exceptional learning opportunities and career advancement potential.A diverse and professional company culture.Full benefits package aligned with the region of hire.Competitive PTO.Travel Requirements:Up to 50% travel.
