TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Short descriptionWeHunt is working with an important client that requires a Technical Business Analyst.Role descriptionModel conversational flows through BPMN or other process flow techniquesWork with the solutions architects to develop low level conversational flows in either the applications themselves or a drawing toolWork with the Solutions Architects to understand & document the business process flows and write requirements where automation is required to support the conversational flow.Focus on the language used by the Conversation AI platform to ensure great customer experienceSupport functional testing by writing / documenting the happy & unhappy day paths that can be added to automated test harnessWork with the client project team to understand issues raised during UAT and follow up with the development team to fix the issuesTranslate business needs into technical specifications for conversational AI systems and LLMsModel Entity usage and prediction of the tools understanding of the conversational flow & understandingUse Generative AI & LLMs to enhance customer feedback and provide insights into their dataUtilize data analysis tools and techniques to review and analyse conversations to improve retention ratesFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the conversational AI user experience and driving business impact.Requirements (H/M/D)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related subject is required.Strong Business Analysis skills with 2+ years experience.Process flow and modelling experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience with AI and NLP technologies, particularly in the context of conversational interfaces and LLMs is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.Comfortable the proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, or related platforms for analysing and visualizing large datasets is a plusHigh level of englishBenefitsCompetitive compensation + bonus (: 55.000€ - 65.000€ + 10%)Hybrid position in Valencia, with max 3 days per week in the officeOpportunities for internal development and access to trainingComprehensive benefits packageNext StepsIf you are interested in this offer, click on "apply now" to send an updated copy of your CV, or call us now.
