TECHNICAL PRODUCER - LIVEOPS AUTOMATION

Description Scopely is looking for a Technical Producer to join our LiveOps Automation team in Spain on a hybrid or remote basis.

Our objective is to understand our players deeply and give them the best possible curated game experience possible, while supporting our games' LiveOps strategies and efforts.
What You Will Do You will be embedded in one of our tech clusters, as part of a cross functional development team, to deliver a wide variety of updates and capabilities, taking them from concept to delivery.
We work on exciting products and you will have the chance to create a massive impact on our players' experiences by ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful! You will work across the LiveOps Automation's development team to support on tasks and development as we iterate to greatness.
You will have exposure to all our Midcore games and work closely with our game team partners to ensure synchronicity and alignment on our roadmaps, with extra attention to stellar communication.
Be heavily involved in facilitating pre-production, production and delivery within your team Ensure the continuity and stability of production, from the technical point of view Track production schedules while mitigating risks/blockers Communicate with development teams to maintain tool effectiveness, lead technical initiatives from the production perspective, and share them with others to facilitate the knowledge transfer Create and maintain status reports on team performance, and reliably communicate the team's status & needs to the wider division Schedule and coordinate various meetings for collecting, prioritizing and breaking topics down into stories Facilitate all agile meetings and ceremonies for the team Establish and drive processes to improve efficiency and communication within the team Own reports that show various roadmaps, status & progress of initiatives, ETAs, key technical risks organised into topic clusters etc What We're Looking For Strong technical knowledge & understanding from hands-on engineering team experience Ability to conduct & contribute to high-level engineering focused discussions Demonstrable ability to break down technical project requirements into iterative deliverables Experience in leading technically complex projects that are fast-paced and critical to business Proven track record of facilitating cross-team discussion, organization and planning Outstanding communication skills; must be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences Proven leadership skills with ability to keep teams motivated and engaged Solid understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC Bonus Points Project experience with scalable platforms and resilient architectures Experience in the gaming industry Experience with mobile development Experience with Unity, Python, C# or any other programming language About Us Scopely is a global interactive entertainment and mobile-first video game company, home to many top, award-winning experiences such as "MONOPOLY GO!," "Star Trek™ Fleet Command," "Stumble Guys," "MARVEL Strike Force," and "Yahtzee® With Buddies," among others.
