You will support our client's existing and potential advertisers as they seek support while advertising on our client's platform. You will help support a wide range of queries ranging from questions about our client's platform, to more technical questions related to digital advertising tools. You will have a keen eye for detail and will help us build processes and tools that help our client, and their clients succeed.Responsibilities:Work on case volumes across email and chat channels.Own and drive query resolution through collaboration with in-house product operations & Eng. groups to resolve all types of generics, technical, or product queries.Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey and providing regular updates across touch points.Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve Best in Class productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.Who are we looking for?C1 level or above in English; strong professional written communication skills.Other language proficiency (As requested).Possess a high level of problem resolution ability to identify the cause of the issues and provide a holistic solution, at the first contact.Strong interest in digital adv technology and social media products, and ideally experience running marketing campaigns (for agency or own business).Preferred experience in a Contact Centre/Service program for any advertising tech company.*Applicants must have a valid EU passport/Working VisaWho is TDCX?TDCX (NYSE: TDCX) provides transformative digital CX solutions, enabling world-leading and disruptive brands to acquire new customers, to build customer loyalty and to protect their online communities.TDCX helps clients, including many of the world’s best brands, achieve their customer experience aspirations by harnessing technology, human intelligence and our global footprint.
