The Solution Architects Team is led by the Iberian Zone Operations CTO and composed of 5 Areas dedicated to specific market segments (CPG, WWW, MMM, …) and sales channels (End Users, EPCs, OEMs, System Integrators, …). The mission of the Team is mainly Pre-Sales of Automation and Operation Solutions for Digital Transformation and Energy Transition in the Iberian Zone.The Team helps the salesforce to sell solutions, powered by Schneider Electric and AVEVA products, to the different channels and markets in several ways:Creating the Unique Value Proposition and the contents to be used internally and with the customers (presentations, narratives, videos, …).Participating and leading consultative selling workshops.Understanding the requirements of the users.Assessing and selecting solutions.Presenting solutions.Helping the customers to understand the technology and minimizing the projects risk. What will you do? Provide full technical support to the sales team during the sales phase of complex projects, bringing their extensive knowledge of multiple technologies and architectures in specific domains and segments.Develop, adapt, promote, support, and deliver integrated and intelligent solutions for customers in strategic segments, focusing on EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS and EcoStruxure Triconex Safety, leveraging Schneider Electric and AVEVA's full product range.Lead technically, including functional leadership (in large work teams) defining the winning architecture vs. the client's needs.Optimize project costs and master technical risks, being responsible for the technical feasibility of the proposed architectures.Implement and promote "best practices" and lessons learned through the different domains and segments, in the architecture design of complex solutions.Lead the change of digital transformation and energy transition, internally and in segment and strategic clients, providing vision in VUCA environments, analyzing contexts, exploring different options, creating criteria.What will you get?
