TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (CLOUD SECURITY) (M/F/D)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for one of our cloud protection cybersecurity global services.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What will your tasks be? Provide first-level technical support for the cloud protection cybersecurity service, which includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the service Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues in the service Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and knowledge base articles Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the service manager Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to provide technical expertise and support What are we expecting? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field Strong technical background in cloud cybersecurity Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow What would be nice to have? Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis Experience with cloud security solutions, such as CASB, cloud security posture management, and cloud workload protection platforms Familiarity with compliance standards such ISO Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Azure or AWS Certified What do we offer?
