Reporting to the EMEA Technical Support Manager, and the EMEA Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the regional sales team in technical aspects of the product and its applications.

- Provide first-line technical support to customers, primarily in-person and occasionally remotely.
- Approve and assign products to customer applications through samples and/or industrial orders.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products.
- Document client visits and internal tests through detailed reports within required deadlines.
- Stay updated on assigned markets, including sector, products, and customers/distributors.
- Maintain market presence through regular customer visits.
- Collaborate with other departments to turn commercial opportunities into solutions and resolve product issues.
- Act as the technical liaison with customers and distributors.
- Monitor the competition.
- Maintain smooth communication with the sales manager and customer service for area management.
- Contribute to the Technical Support Group's knowledge base by creating materials about the market and applications, new products, customers, and machinery.
- Organize product and group promotion activities, such as accompanying visitors to Viscofan centers, presentations, and client seminars.
- Occasionally attend trade fairs, workshops, or conferences as an attendee or speaker.
- Visit machinery suppliers, additive suppliers, or manufacturers of complementary supplies in the sector.
Requisitos Requirements.
- Technical degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience with Viscofan products (Production, Quality, R&D) or in meat production environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- High proficiency in English and at least one other regional language (French, Italian, German).
- Proactive and team-oriented, capable of collaborating with individuals at various organizational levels.
