TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and independent Technical Support Specialist to join the After Sales team for Spain of the legendary EBRO brand.As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and engineering expertise for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and systems, while also assisting customers and internal teams with technical inquiries and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the engineering, service, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest quality standards for our products.You will work collaboratively with the entire EBRO team.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to our products. Provide prompt and efficient support to customers, field service teams, and internal departments, ensuring timely resolutions to technical issues.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Analyze and diagnose complex technical problems with EBRO equipment and systems. Collaborate with customers and service teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Product Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and field service technicians. Ensure that all relevant personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain and service our products effectively.Product Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and troubleshooting resources, to support customers and internal staff in understanding and operating the EBRO equipment.Engineering Support: Collaborate with the engineering team during product development and improvement processes. Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance the reliability, performance, and serviceability of our products.Field Service Coordination: Coordinate and support field service activities, including on-site inspections, maintenance visits, and installations, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on EBRO products and systems to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards. Propose and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve service and technical support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.Product Upgrades and Retrofits: Assist customers in upgrading or retrofitting their existing equipment to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance with the latest industry standards.Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent technical support and personalized service. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to customer retention efforts.Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.Proven experience in technical support, engineering, or service roles related to OEM equipment and systems (EV Battery service & Repair Official Certification is a MUST)Strong technical knowledge and expertise in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think analytically to address technical challenges effectively.Experience in creating technical documentation and training materials is preferred.Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OEM products.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site support and training purposes.Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Language Skill: Business fluent in Spanish & English (Chinese is a plus).We are the most challenging project in the Automotive Industry currently in Spain, relaunching an iconic brand in the market.
