TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST L2

At Tigloo, we are committed to seeking out all kinds of talent to create a diverse team, and for this, we are looking for #purposefulpeople.We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist for one of our most important clients. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues in Windows server environments, located in various airports across Spain. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in implementing or maintaining access gates and supporting change requests.Key responsibilities and tasks:The Level 2 Technical Support Specialist is responsible for implementing initiatives aimed at improving operational support activities for enhanced customer service.
