Fluent Business English The role  In this role you will drive the business result by defining the retail optimized network & sales follow up by channel   What you’ll do  Ensure targets by channel are reached •    Give support to the Customer Activation Manager & Channel & adquisition Manager with the analysis of the different KPIs related to Sales & Service per channel •    Detect areas of improvement & coordinate with Insights.
Propose & ensure Actions Plans to revert negative trends.
Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and boutique network's optimization •  Identify opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutique by leveraging commercial, customer and geomarketing insights.
•  Develop business cases for new boutiques or existing boutiques to enable omnichannel business growth.
Follow Up of the P&L defined in the Boutique Requests.
•  Support B2C Commercial Manager in the Retail Development & Optimization Plan in Spain.
Assess Refurbishment plan and BTQ network optimization (openings, closings, downsizings, relocations…) to best adapt to strategy.
Retail Management • Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX • Manage and monitor the sales evolution & define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results • Translate company  decisions in relevant actions for Retail channel   We offer you… We offer more than just a job.

Requirements.
•    University Degree  Business administration, Economics or Marketing degree.
•    At least, 3 Years Experience in Marketing Retail Operations •    Cross-management team experience •    Negotiation skills •    Proactive behavior, rigor, reliability and enthusiasm •    Inter personal / communication skills •    Business English.
