The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and proposals, ensuring that all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with client specifications. This role is essential to our ongoing success in securing projects across the construction and creative sectors.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate in the development of tender documentation, ensuring full compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Understanding the request, phases, and deliverables is crucial, as is the ability to structure data effectively. The successful candidate must know who to engage with for information collection—be it financial details, project management insights, or technical specifications.Assist in the preparation of detailed quotations that reflect project costs, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the client's budgetary constraints.Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to inform bidding strategies and enhance submission quality.Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather pertinent information and insights necessary for developing accurate and competitive proposals.Organize and maintain a comprehensive repository of past tenders, templates, and relevant documentation to streamline future submissions.Rigorously review and proofread tender submissions, including quotations and proposals, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines.Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and expectations throughout the tendering process, ensuring all aspects of the bid are addressed.Monitor the progress of tender submissions and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to the management team regarding bidding successes and areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Demonstrable experience in tender support, bidding processes, or proposal writing, with a focus on architectural or technical projects.Comprehensive understanding of the tendering process, including preparation, submission, and evaluation of bids and quotations, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is advantageous.Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
