About Pepper Group SpainPepper Group Spain is investing in the development of a loan servicing platform and broader eco system with the aspiration to provide the modular elements of the platform to internal and third party customers on a SaaS basis.About the roleThe Test Engineer is a key new appointment to Project Prism, who will work with the dedicated team to build the platform for both web and mobile access.The Test Engineer will be a can do, high achieving individual who will bring their product and domain expertise to the product, having experience of working with teams to build high quality enterprise level applications and have a passion for technology.Location: Madrid, Spain.Main ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the products and design the test scenarios, cases, and plans at all levels of the application.Design and automate web API tests using Postman and Newman, and web application testing using Cucumber and Selenium.Understand, analyse, and develop complex test data sets to design and implement automated tests and test environments.Working with Azure DevOps to ensure that an automated regression pack is built and is run as part of builds and deployments.Collaborate a Scrum Team of developers, program management, and design teams on technical implementation and user scenarios.Keep abreast with Testing best practices to define and propose tools, techniques and processes for automation testing of the platform.Your skills 3+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Selenium, Karma, Jasmine, and Postman, among others.In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.Proficiency in developing automated test systems.Knowledge and experience of microservice architecture that modern back end is often built upon with its moving parts, dependencies, and interactions.Understanding of the cloud infrastructure environment.Strong English skills (Verbal & Written).Our benefits Private health insurance + dental program for all employees from 3rd month.Tax benefits in services such as day care, commuting cost, health, and food.Life insurance from day 1 for all employees.Flexible hybrid working model.Healthy snacks at the office.Wellness program with workshops and webinars.Team building activities such as Christmas, Summer event, Football team.Voluntary initiatives (Ningún Niño sin sonrisa, Ningún niño sin mochila, Fundación Aladina, Asociación Española Ayuda contra el Cancer, Fundación Prader Willi, Guillermo Prieto Ciclista, Bancos de Alimentos)Pepper’s values and culture: Our mission is to help people succeed.
