Learn more about ISATI ENGINEERING Learn more about ISATI MATERIALS Job description   We are searching for a TOOLING ENGINEER FOR LIFTING EQUIPMENT to join an interesting project, working for one of our wind customers.
The candidate can reside in Spain and travel 50% of the time to Portugal, the rest of the time he/she could do 100% remote work.
It is also possible for the candidate to reside in Portugal.
Mission The aim of this project is to modify the current lifting equipment used in the blade manufacturing process in order to reduce the risk of staying below any suspended loads according to the EU safety standards.
This will be applicable for client plants worldwide.
Roles and responsibilities.
Define the modifications to be done in the existing equipment and the specifications for the new lifting equipment.
Get the proper planning and quotations with the different suppliers involved.
Technical assessment of the supplier quotations.
Validate the modifications with our main stakeholders, especially with HSE team, in the different validation steps.
(Design validation, FAT, SAT) Follow up the implementation of this equipment.

Requirements Education.
Industrial, Mechanical or electrical engineer Advance English communication skills is a MUST Previous Experience.
More than 5 years of experience in designing and implementing industrial machinery and.
Lifting accessories.
Lifting Yokes Lifting with Vacuum cups.
Cranes… Gantry..
Hooks / Clamps… Validation of lifting accessories.
Load test, FEM analysis… FAT / SAT inspections.
CE marking and Machine directive knowledge Technical Knowledge Office pack (Excel, World, PowerPoint, MS Project), AutoCAD, 2D and 3D CAD Knowledge in UNE Standards like Standard UNE EN and European Machine Directive /CE Others.
The person must be willing to travel to Portugal 50% of the time to customers' factories and suppliers' facilities.
Background in blade manufacturing process is a plus.
Wide experience in industrial machinery related to blades, is highly appreciated.
