TRADE IN SPECIALIST

Marlex selects for an important multinational leader in its sector a Trade-in Specialist (Especialista en Intercambio)Responsibilities:Act as a dedicated mediator, collecting and analyzing clients' knowledge, preferences, and weaknesses to advocate for their needs within the organization.Provide support in change management initiatives, assisting in communication and execution of organizational transformations.(KPI Configuration): Create tracking reports with agents, analyze and define specific agent measures (e.g., exchange conversion percentage).(KPI Monitoring): Responsible for directing, monitoring, and optimizing agent performance based on KPIs and providing feedback to enhance/improve agency delivery.Attend Trade-In board meetings as a market representative.Responsible for Vendor management, regular exchange, and alignment with local representative or Service Provider.Updates and periodic exchanges with market sales representatives.Decide on Trade-In tool methodology until 2026: "indicative model".Directing the local provider, monitoring market KPIs, and defining measures.Listening to the voice of agents and customers, communicating with market representatives and service providers.Acting as an integral member of the management committee and raising issues on behalf of your market.Supporting change management in agents, serving as the primary point of contact with agents.Aligning with other departments and ensuring exchange's contribution to overall business success (new car sales, customer service, used car sales, SF, etc.).Approving exchange support based on the purchase of a related new car and communicating the support amount to the related exchange partner.Requirements:University degree preferred in Business Management.Two years of professional experience in the premium automotive market, ideally in Sales or Financial Services.Knowledge of both centralized and decentralized sales structures of the company, financial services, etc., as well as control of external suppliers.Strong network/collaboration with agents, external service providers, and the company's regional headquarters team.International experience and high intercultural competence.Advanced knowledge of procedures, understanding of the end-to-end process in the used car business.Strong communication and presentation skills.Confident appearance, high social competence, initiative, and assertiveness.Additional Requirements:Extensive experience in the used automotive industry, including associated tasks and challenges.Experience in change management with successful transformations, utilizing effective change strategies, communication, and training to drive employee adoption.Experience in monitoring and directing KPIs and aligning them with organizational objectives to enable data-driven decision-making.Business proficiency in English, ideally with a desire to expand knowledge of the local language.Experience working with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.We offer:Indefinite contract (directly with the client).RBA: 34-38K + bonus + social benefits
