Some of the world’s leading retailers trust Orquest to plan and schedule their in-store employees.We’re a high-growth startup who, at the end of the day, are looking to onboard people who want to have a profound impact on both the business and their own careeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Training Specialist.This role will be responsible for delivering training on Orquest, ensuring understanding so that the client can become self-sufficient in using the software and delivering the expected value. They will collaborate with the Enablement Lead in designing content and ensuring that the material is kept up to date.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute training programs in collaboration with the Enablement Lead, to facilitate proper implementation and effective use of the software.Collaborate in content design and oversee final approvals, ensuring quality and relevance.Conduct group training sessions and individual training as needed, both online and in person.Create and update training support material, as guidelines, manuals, presentations and video tutorials.Revise existing manuals and guidelines to reflect product updates and changes.Deliver training sessions to customers on solution content to ensure successful implementation and usability.Provide comprehensive training on Orquest software and its functionalities to new team members and clients.Assess and measure, in partnership with the Enablement Lead, the satisfaction levels of users and team members who receive training, focusing on continuous improvement.Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development.Report on active projects within the Enablement department.Role requirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology, or a related discipline).Language: fluency in English, Spanish, and French, both written and spoken.Proven experience in training, enablement, or related roles within the software industry.Experience in content creation and instructional design is a plus.Strong understanding of software solutions with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using training tools, technologies, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn about product updates and industry trends.Availability to travel (both domestically in Spain and internationally) as required.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing user satisfaction.Why join us?The flexible compensation plan includes a base salary + variable.
