Daily reporting of incoming receipts Post outstanding items using Balance Sheet, PL or customer/supplier accounts as appropriate.
Upload payments to banking platforms for approval of proxies Attending to the needs of assigned agencies (obtaining payment vouchers, documentation for audits...) Weekly preparation of Cash Report (closing position by bank account) Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, search and formulation to manage massive data) Previous experience in an international environment and working with Cash Pooling operations is an asset.
The position requires a strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and rigour and knowledge of English would be an asset as it requires communication with Headquarter.
