Born in Barcelona in 2019, we have expanded across 8 countries with more than 140 locations, offering leading care and state-of-the-art technology.🌟Why Join Us:Attractive Compensation Package based on experience and expectations.Senior position with real impactInternational TeamPermanent Full-time contract, 40 hours per week.Special discounts & benefits on treatments, aligners, and products.Comprehensive training for professional growth.Dynamic, unique, and fast-paced environment with impressive career development opportunities.Fresh fruits every day in our HQ Barcelona office.🔥Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for regular cash forecasting and coordination of payments,Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational and financial obligations, monitor and maintain optimal levels of liquiditySupport automation and modernization of the existing Treasury operationsMaintain strong relationship with banks and other financial service providersDevelop & run treasury reporting and track KPI, provide accurate and timely information to senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders.Supports and consults the team in operational challenges and projectsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and treasury policies.Act as Treasury Subject Matter expert, provide guidance, coaching & training to team membersFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the treasury & wider finance department.Drive implementation of cash pooling in the group and great working capital management🎯Requirements:You have 3+ years of extensive experience in Treasury/Finance.You have specific knowledge and experience in cash flow modelingYou have a solid understanding of budget planning and financeHigh experience in data analyticsYou have the flexibility to navigate challenging situations in a competent and confident wayFull Professional level English and Spanish.Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, German, French, Portuguese) will be considered a plus.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.🤝Diversity and Inclusion:We cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
