¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Proporcionar soporte técnico a los miembros del equipo y resolver problemas de hardware y software.
Mantener y actualizar la infraestructura de TI de la empresa.
Implementar y administrar sistemas de seguridad de TI.
Contribuir a proyectos de mejora de TI.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de tecnología para implementar nuevas soluciones de TI.
Proporcionar formación y soporte a los usuarios finales.
Mantener la documentación de TI actualizada.
Monitorear y probar las soluciones de TI para garantizar su eficacia y eficiencia.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Titulación en Informática o un campo relacionado.
Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas de hardware y software.
Experiencia con sistemas de seguridad de TI.
Capacidad para trabajar en un equipo y resolver problemas de forma eficaz.
Buen nivel de inglés.
Comprensión de los sistemas de telecomunicaciones.
