Utility solar power plant EPC Sales ManagerA bit about us:Risen Energy is a multinational solar energy company founded in 1986. We supply, invest, construct and operate large scale solar projects. With around 8,500 employees globally, we have completed more than 1GW of projects and have a 3GW development pipeline worldwide. Risen has invested total solar projects over 1000MW in Europe, America, Asia-pacific and Africa.A bit about the role:Due to the current expansion of renewable energy projects, and to support our EPC and Project Development activities in Europe, we are now seeking an experienced EPC Sales manager to join Risen Energy Spain, a top renewable energy developer in Spain.Duties and Responsibilities• BESS related technical background as well as specialized knowledge.• Understanding and generating successful company strategies and developing best business practices for acquisition of new EPC customers accordingly.• Developing new business opportunities in Europe (Focus: Spain) and strong working relationships with the project funders and its Investment Managers.• Utilizing available resources to maximize sales effectiveness and business potential.• Co-coordinating with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing departments for system design, quotation and timelines respectively.• Preparing techno-commercial proposals and complete understanding of proposal models in terms of pricing payment and scopes of work etc.• Managing the EPC Contract negotiations with the support of the commercial, technical and legal teams and secure the EPC Contract.• Monitoring the EPC Contract execution and collecting respective payments.• Participating in public tenders, preparing bids and ensuring compliance with the bid requirements.• Support existing development activities and build own greenfield/brownfield Project Development pipeline.• Establishing and managing relationships with project Developers, Owners, IPPs and local partners.• Reporting concisely and clearly to Management.Education/Qualification/Experience and Requirements:• 3 years minimum of PV project management and EPC negotiation experience.• Technical understanding of utility scale solar project and planning conditions.• Ability to manage projects from development and planning to installation and execution.• Spanish native speaker and proficient English – both spoken and written.• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a strong emotional intelligence.• Strong problem-solving ability, good negotiation and contract closing skills.• Adapts to changes in company strategy whilst developing own strategy to achieve a personal goal of competently developing projects.In return, you will receive:• A competitive salary.• Be a part of a prosperous industry and innovative team.• Training and support program for self-development.How to apply:If you have an existing right to work and live in Spain, possess the required skills and experience then we want to hear from you!Location:The position is based in Madrid
