UX/UI / PRODUCT DESIGN LEAD

Tasks
Design the User Experience: You will craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS and web applications using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Your designs aren’t just functional – they set new standards and go beyond simple screens. Animation and dynamic elements are second nature to you.
User Research: You have a deep understanding of our users’ needs. Through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, you bring valuable insights into product development. You always have the entire user journey in mind – from the first interaction on the website, through registration and onboarding, to the churn flow.
Visual Design: You are detail-oriented and strive for perfection in every pixel. For you, good design is not just about looking good – it’s thoughtful, modern, and on par with brands like Revolut or Apple. There’s no room for mediocrity or outdated approaches in your work.
Design Systems: You develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms. Your goal is to create design systems that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional.
Collaboration: As a true team player, you work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn requirements and feedback into compelling design solutions. You also bring your expertise to the table when optimizing the entire user journey.
Optimization of User Flows: You analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve usability. You don’t just optimize individual flows; you ensure the entire user journey – from the website to churn – is seamless and compelling.
Conversion Optimization: You have experience in conversion optimization and know how to design in a way that not only looks good but also drives the desired outcomes. Your designs significantly contribute to increasing our user numbers and conversion rates.
Stay Ahead: You’re not just up-to-date with the latest design trends – you apply them in innovative ways that push Creaitor’s platform forward. You think beyond static screens, incorporating animations and dynamic user experiences.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience: You have a proven track record as a UI/UX or Product Designer, particularly in the SaaS and web app space. Your portfolio showcases your best work, the impact of your designs, and your ability to shape and optimize the entire user journey. You don’t settle for average results – you aim for excellence.
Design Tools: You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
Attention to Detail: You have an exceptional eye for visual design, typography, and color theory. Every detail counts, and you leave nothing to chance.
Problem Solver: You are creative and determined, ready to turn challenges into elegant design solutions. You don’t just solve problems – you create masterpieces.
