VIE - Talent Acquisition Specialist What you do As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be supporting the Talent Attraction team to help us attract the best talents.
Located in Madrid, you will be supporting Spanish & French business units.
You will be coached and mentored by one of our team members to ensure you have a successful VIE experience.

You will own the full-cycle end-to-end recruitment processes.

support Talent Acquisition team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines.
Post job ads on our social media platforms, website, and online job portals.
• Interviewing and offering.
learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters, conduct CV and phone screenings, conduct background and reference checks and launch offers for selected candidates.
Network across the company building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels (HRBPs and Hiring Managers) • Tech Drivers.
learn and use our recruitment tools to manage recruitment processes such as Success Factors (ATS/CRM); tools to improve and ensure inclusive and attractive job advertisements and to conduct digital interviews and skills assessments.
Support the team in the implementation of new AI tools to speed up processes.

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle, keeping them engaged, provide guidance throughout the process, ensuring questions and concerns about the company structure, working conditions, and details on the role they are applying for are answered.
What you bring • You have graduated with a master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or in a field related to Social Sciences.
• You are a communicative and creative person, who takes initiative and is able to define priorities under pressure • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (B2).
